Applications are invited for a permanent full-time Lectureship in History. Applications are invited from candidates in all areas of medieval/early modern history (British) between 1000 and 1660. The post will commence on 1 September 2007. The successful candidate will be someone who has the potential to develop an international reputation for research, and possesses an ability to teach undergraduate modules. The person appointed will contribute to a strong and expanding undergraduate programme with the opportunity to contribute to postgraduate teaching, and should have a doctorate, research interests, teaching experience and publications which centre on medieval/early modern British history c1000-1660.
