The appointee will be expected to contribute to teaching and research in support of the BA and MPhil degrees in Philosophical Studies of Knowledge and Human Interests. This is a broadly based programme aiming to develop critical and orientation skills especially relevant to the contemporary material condition of humanity and reflecting the changing role of knowledge in society. We are looking for candidates who have recently been awarded a PhD, and who have specialist interests in one or more topical aspects of philosophy.
