Post-doctoral Fellowship in History of International Health

Funding from the Canada Research Chair in History of International Health at the University of Windsor will provide a one-year post-doctoral fellowship for a candidate with an outstanding record in the area of history of medicine, disease, or public health understood in their international dimensions. The salary for this position, which will run from July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009, will be $46,000 plus standard University of Windsor benefits, and the successful candidate will be eligible for funding to cover professional and research expenses. The fellow?s responsibilities will include assistance in editing an electronic anthology of sources relating to the history of international health, and may involve teaching one course in the History Department.
