Technician Grade D: Salary £16,071 – £19,050 P.A.: (6 months, full-time, or equivalent part-time.) The Museum of the History of Science, which houses a unique collection of historic scientific instruments of international importance, has been awarded a grant from the Designation Fund Challenge for a project entitled ‘A Universal Geometry: the Astrolabe, East and West’. It is now inviting applications for the post of Photographer to take the photographs required by the project, which will be mainly of astrolabes in the Museum’s collection. The successful candidate will have had appropriate experience of digital photography and experience of photographing museum objects.
