At 7pm on Tuesday 8 February, the Royal Institution is hosting a talk, entitled ‘Unnatural: The heretical idea of making people’.

Philip Ball delves beneath the surface of the cultural history of ‘anthropoeia’ – the creation of artificial people – to explore what it tells us about our views on life, humanity, creativity and technology, and the soul.

The talk will be held in the RI’s world-famous Lecture theatre, well-known from the Ri Christmas Lectures, and promises to be a very exciting event. Full details of the talk, and information on booking tickets, is provided on the respective web-link.
