Wellcome Trust Masters award (MSc) The Centre for History in Public Health at LSHTM invites applications for nomination for the annual Master’s award in the History of Medicine. The award is open to a student accepted for the MSc Public Health who agrees to follow an ‘historical pathway’ through the MSc. This will involve taking the History & Health module in Term 3 and writing on an historical subject in the Masters dissertation. Preference for the award will be given to a student who can demonstrate an initial training, or interest, in history. Lack of such prior engagement will not disqualify an applicant and those who wish to begin historical work are encouraged to apply. Social science experience is also an advantage.
