The program committee encourages the submission of paper proposals on all subjects connected to the social and cultural analysis of science, technology and medicine.

Authors should submit a one-page abstract (about 300 words) and a $25 processing fee per submission by 15 May 2003. Authors are limited to one first-authored submission. Session proposals should be limited to 300 words, and should list both session organizers and panelists (including institutional affiliations and electronic addresses). All papers in pre-arranged sessions must be submitted with abstracts and processing fee.

Submission of abstracts should be done electronically through the conference website > -> http://www.4Sconference.org. Please do not send in abstracts or session proposals in any other form than through the website.

The $25 processing fee will be credited toward your conference registration fee. In the event your paper is not selected for presentation, the fee will be refunded. All abstracts should be submitted as a Word attachment. Please, no compressed or encrypted submissions.
