Call for Abstracts: XXII International Symposium on Morphological Sciences

It is our great pleasure and honour to announce that the XXII International Symposium on Morphological Sciences (ISMS) is going to be held in São Paulo, Brazil, between February 12 -16, 2012, under the auspices of the International Committee of Symposia on Morphological Sciences (ICSMS).

According to the tradition of the ISMS meeting, this Symposium will represent an outstanding opportunity for integration and exchange of experiences among morphologists worldwide in a very pleasant and enriching environment.

The central theme of the XXII ISMS is “Morphology: From the Lab to the Bedside” with the aim of exploring the important applications of this biological field for nowadays health care and science development.

Moreover, in this twenty-second edition, there will be special participations of the Federative International Program for Anatomical Terminology (FIPAT) of the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists (IFAA), Ibero-Latinamerican Symposium of Anatomical Terminology (SILAT) of the Panamerican Association of Anatomy (APA) and World Association of Veterinary Anatomists (WAVA).

It is also the first time that this Symposium is going to be held in the city of São Paulo, one of the most beautiful, wealthy, intellectual, inclusive, vibrant, sports-loving, cultural, sentimental, romantic, modern, sophisticated, self-confident and professional city in Brazil.

The XXII International Symposium on Morphological Sciences welcomes the submission of abstracts from worldwide experts in Morphology. Only abstracts submitted through the online system will be accepted.
