The Israel Society for History Philosophy of Science is now accepting proposals for papers and sessions for the Society’s Seventh Annual Conference.

The conference will take place on Sunday, March 18 in the Bloomfield Science Museum in Jerusalem. All subjects concerning the history or philosophy of science, technology and medicine, or social studies of science, technology and medicine will be considered.

Typically, twenty minutes will be accorded for each paper. Sessions will be one and a half hours long, and include three or four papers. Most papers will be given in Hebrew, but papers in Arabic, Russian, English, French, German, etc. will also be welcomed.

If interested, please submit by January 1, 2007 a one-page precis to Oren Harman at [email protected]. If you have questions about the conference or the ISHPS, please consult our site (http://www.ishps.org) or write to Noah Efron at [email protected].
