Hacker-Mullins Graduate Student Paper Award Announcement

The section on Science, Knowledge, and Technology invites submissions
for the Hacker-Mullins Graduate Student Paper Award.  The award comes
with a $250 prize. Submissions are due April 15, 2009. An eligible
author must be a student at time of submission. Published and
unpublished works are accepted.
