The Fritz Haber Institute of the Max Planck Society in Berlin, Germany, announces a

Post-Doctoral Fellowship for 2008-2009

beginning March 1, 2008, for an outstanding junior scholar whose current research is centered around the history of physics / physical chemistry, to undertake research on the history of the Fritz Haber Institute.

The fellowship is open to scholars of all nationalities who have completed their Ph.D. no earlier than 2003 and no later than February 2008. The stipend amounts to 1,900 Euros per month. Applicants are invited to send a curriculum vitae, a brief statement summarizing their research interests and expectations (maximum 500 words), and two letters of recommendation, by January 15, 2008.
