Research Associate in the History of Medicine Ref: C06/008

Salary: £20,044 – £22,289 Base: Jordanstown

Closing date: 1 September 2006

The postholder will carry out research on the history of medical provision and female health and mortality in twentieth century Ireland. The Wellcome Trust is jointly funding the University of Ulster and University College Dublin to undertake this work. Applicants must have experience of research into women’s history and the history of women’s health in an Irish context. (Fixed-term for two years.)
