Cornell University Visiting Assistant Professor, AY 2005-06 Department of Science & Technology Studies

The Department of Science & Technology Studies invites applications for a one-year visiting assistant professorship during the academic year 2005-06. The Department seeks applicants with research and teaching expertise in areas related to biology and society to teach two courses per semester during the academic year. We are particularly interested in applicants who can teach courses on the environment or public health and medicine. A Ph.D. in a relevant field — history of science, sociology, philosophy, science & technology studies, or history of medicine — is required.
